Fatora is Rune's younger sister, and for most of the first OVA, she is in the clutches of the Phantom Tribe, being subjected to various scientific experiments.
Although the members of the palace look at her with love and admiration, she is in actuality a cruel, despotic tyrant. She is also very selfish and arrogant, causing most of the cast to dislike her.
She also takes great pleasure in harassing Shayla and Nanami throughout the series. She even uses the fact that she and Mokoto look alike to lure them into traps where she and Alliele can exploit them.
Fatora does not exist in The Wanderers.
